WAUNAKEE, Wis. — Every December, for the past 25 years, singing hasn’t stopped at the Nativity scene in Waunakee’s Village Park.
In the mix of voices, is JoAnne Buchanan-Rounds. She remembers the day this holiday tradition was almost gone.
