Leading with Kingdom Values – The integration of Business Excellence, Innovation and Eternal Return on Investment (ROI)

February 11, 2023 @ 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

$35

This seminar will challenge Christians working in any business or social enterprise at any level of leadership. This seminar proposes an innovative framework to integrate today’s best business practices with Christian faith in all aspects of business operations. More specifically, this half-day seminar will probe the following questions:
§ How can biblical faith improve the performance of “best-inclass” sales and marketing, finance, organizational design, human resources, management, engineering, product design, manufacturing, legal, and
mergers and acquisitions?
§ How can employees and mid-level managers authentically live out their faith and create
life-changing impact amid prevailing currents that often push against it?
§ How can visionary leaders reflect God’s grace and love for stakeholders while achieving
industry-leading performance and operational excellence?
§ What does success look like for a Christian business leader? What are the key
performance and eternal ROI indicators?
§ How does a company align the expectations and values of its customers, vendors, and
employees with the values of God’s Kingdom?

The half-day seminar will take place on Saturday, February 11, 2023. Seminar resources,
coffee/bakery, and lunch will be included at a cost of $35.00. This seminar will take place from
8:30 AM to 2:30 PM at Dottie’s Ranch, located at 4136 Rutland Dunn Townline Road, Oregon,
Wisconsin.

The primary audiences for this event are Christian business leaders and mid-level managers of
corporations and non-profit social enterprises. The seminar will best serve people who have
vision, influence, and responsibility and earnestly want to know how to influence their
organization, and strategically and practically apply God’s word in daily operations. Regardless
of their current organizational culture, this seminar will best serve leaders who want to inspire
outstanding performance, make a difference in the world, and create eternal impact.
