madisonchristians.com is committed to supporting the local Christian community in the Madison area. Our theme, “We’re in this Together,” is taken from Paul’s letter to the Romans: “In Christ, we who are many form one body, and each member belongs to all of the others.” (12:5).
In the past several years we’ve covered many stories of people and events in the local Christian communities. We have updated the website on a daily basis. When there wasn’t a local story we provided a link to coverage of interesting faith-related news by major media outlets.
We have decided that we need to improve our coverage of the local Christian community and that it’s not as important to have a fresh news story every single day.
Therefore, you will now see more reports on local Christian community activities and fewer stories from elsewhere.
We hope that this will increase your understanding of how God is moving in the Madison area, how you can be a part of it, and how better to pray about what’s going on. That’s what Madison Christians is all about.
