Campers reflect on the week of camp, sharing decisions made for Christ and ways they have grown. Some share the friends and activities they will miss in the coming weeks. Two groups of dancers danced at the Madison House of Prayer for all Nations on Tuesday night. On the program was Dancing the Way, a ministry of My People International, composed of Native American Dancers. But before they started, a dance team from the House of Prayer welcomed them with an expression of repentance for the history of broken promises and broken relationships between the dominant culture and the native peoples.
War, poverty and AIDS are all plaguing Africa but the solutions to those problems don’t lie in the United States or other countries, says Colleen Milstein. The crucial work of solving those problems will have to be done by Africans.
