MADISON, Wis. (WMTV) – A Madison church held an inclusive Easter service Sunday, as everyone is invited to join in the celebration of the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
Music blared and people danced, sang, and prayed at the Fountain of Life Covenant Church Sunday morning.
“We put a little extra secret sauce on it for Easter Sunday,” long-time Pastor Reverend Dr. Alexander Gee said. “It’s dancing, it’s singing, it’s poems, it’s good food. It’s being with family because it’s just good to be reminded that we’re not on our own and that we have this energy that comes through the spirit of God to work together.”
