DESCRIPTION:Please join us for an evening with performing artist\, Gayle Haas\, as she portrays Corrie ten Boom\, a real-life Holocaust survivor who worked to provide refuge for Jews in Holland during World War II.  You may have read the book\, or seen the movie\, The Hiding Place\, which tells the triumphant true story of Corrie’s life.  Gayle will be the featured presenter at a Stonecroft Ministries Event being held on Saturday\, November 12\, 2022.  As a special bonus feature\, the Men of Blackhawk (a/k/a the MOB)\, men’s singing group will present a patriotic mini-concert in recognition of Veteran’s Day. \nThe Event will be held at Dahmen’s at Hawk’s Landing\, 88 Hawks Landing Circle\, Verona\, Wisconsin\, beginning at 6:00 PM.  The cost for dinner and program is $25 per person. Click here to register. \n

DESCRIPTION:You’re invited to join Lighthouse Church and School for Hallelujah Night— a Halloween alternative/worship service on Monday\, October 31\, 2022 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM. \nHallelujah Night is free\, open to the public\, and hosted alongside Mt. Zion Baptist Church\, St. Luke’s Lutheran Church\, and perhaps other churches. During the event\, we will distribute candy (full bars) and other snacks\, set up activities for children of all ages (e.g.\, indoor bouncy house\, slime stations\, craft table [“Fall in Love with Jesus\, He Never Leaves]\, face painting)\, and conduct corporate worship (featuring\, “The Pumpkin Gospel.”) \nWe invite you to worship with us\, and/or co-sponsor the event through the provision of candy\, crafting supplies\, or financial support for the bouncy house.
